Vermillion Co Fair & Clover Bud Camp projects on display!

In early June, Eli went to Aunt Becky and Uncle Ross's for 5 days!  It was definitely harder on mom and dad to have him away - Eli had a BLAST!  While at their house, he attended Clover Bud Day Camp. They sang all kinds of songs, did craft projects, learned new things, played games and had a great time.  Lexi was a counselor which he thought was extra cool.   He even made some new friends.  I loved to hear his description of the experience through his eyes ...
- "They have these things where Aunt Becky and Ross live called corn dogs.  It's like yellow paper wrapped on a hot dog and put on a stick. You can eat the yellow paper, but I didn't like it.  I just liked the hot dog."
- "The first step to making a volcano is to put on your safety glasses. That is very important."
- "We made a piggy bank, but it is box - not a pig. Does that make it a boxy bank?"


His projects were on display at the county fair as part of the mini 4-H.  He proudly posed!
