Living amidst corn fields, we've learned that we need a cat! So, thanks to the Branigan's from church, we were able to adopt a stray from their house. Eli likes having him around ... at least we think. He calls him "Me-Now" (which is how Eli says "Meow") and frequently says, "No, Kitty!" (In fact, you can hear him saying, "No, Kitty" when we get within 1/2 mile of our house!) But, despite the "no's", Eli enjoys petting him, calling him, feeding him and watching him roam around the yard. Someday, we'll come up w/ a name other than Me-Now, but that's it for now since it's Eli's kitty!
